Santino has been a licensed real estate professional in California since the late 1990’s and became a licensed Broker in 2005. He has supervised both Mortgage and Real Estate firms, which have helped him to acquire a wealth of real estate industry and investment knowledge.
For nearly 25 years, he has represented clients throughout California with a variety of residential and commercial needs. Whether the transactions are residential, commercial, relocation, 1031 tax exchanges, trust properties, raw land or multi-unit developments, Santino works to represent and protect his clients’ best interests. He has experience guiding clients through raw land transactions, and subsequently the subdivision and development processes.
Santino is certified by California Association of Realtors as a Probate and Trust Specialist. He has long sought to build his expertise through consistent continuing education. As a graduate of the Real Estate Institute where he gained the“GRI” designation, Santino thrives on exceeding both his clients’ and colleagues’ professional expectations.
