After a fulfilling 30-year career at the University of California in administrative roles requiring financial and management expertise, my husband and I retired and moved to San Luis Obispo in 2013. With real estate in my blood—both my father and grandfather were in the business—earning my Broker’s license was a natural step for me.
I take pride in making the buying and selling process as smooth and rewarding as possible for my clients. Known for being easy-going and calm under pressure, I use my strong listening and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and keep all parties informed, minimizing potential roadblocks. Staying up to date on market trends allows me to craft competitive agreements that help offers get accepted and sales close at the best possible value. Even in a fluctuating market, I have a strong track record of guiding clients to successful outcomes.
Beyond real estate, I enjoy hiking at the beach or around the neighborhood with my dog Lucy, cooking delicious meals, reading, and spending time with my grandkids. Giving back is also important to me—I donate a portion of my commission to Transitions Mental Health in honor of my sister, who had schizophrenia.
Whether you’re buying or selling, I’m committed to working tirelessly to help you achieve your real estate goals.
