After working 30 years at the University of California in administrative positions requiring financial and management skills, my husband and I retired and moved to San Luis Obispo in 2013. My grandfather and father were active in real estate, so getting a real estate license was a natural second career for me. I now have my Broker’s license and continue to enjoy working with clients to purchase or sell one of their highest value assets. I am easy going and calm under the most trying circumstances, using my excellent listening and problem-solving skills to make buying or selling your home a rewarding experience. Keeping all players informed throughout the process has avoided many potential hiccups. I keep abreast of market conditions and use this information to craft agreements that will get the offer accepted and sales completed at the highest market value. I have an outstanding record for completing the deal even in these turbulent market conditions. I will work tirelessly for you to make your dream home come true.
In my spare time, I like to hike around with my dog Lucy at the beach or in the neighborhood, cook fabulous meals, read and babysit my grandkids.
I realize not everyone is as fortunate as me, so I am happy to be able to give a portion of each sale to Transitions Mental Health in honor of my sister who had schizophrenia.
